Delivery / Returns

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Given that all treatos are made-to-order to ensure freshness, please allow for 5-7 days for processing.

LOCAL PICKUP

FREE local pickup is available in Downtown Toronto. When you place your order, please note your preferred date/time for pickup. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email to arrange your exact pickup date/time. Local pickup orders should be placed at least 5-7 days prior to intended pickup date.

SHIPPING

We ship all orders through Canada Post. Once an order ships from Crave Treatos, we no longer are responsible for the status of the package, rather it is the carrier’s liability for tracking and delivery time.

For orders over $60 (after discounts and before taxes), free shipping is available within Canada.

For orders under $60, a shipping/delivery fee of $10 will apply for Ontario orders and a fee of $15 will apply for other Canadian provinces.

To calculate the shipping cost, please add the product to the shopping cart where you can choose your exact location and shipping method.

To track your package, please log-in to your account or reference the Shipping Confirmation e-mail that was sent to the e-mail address you provided. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact info@cravetreatos.com to request a "Status Check" in order to locate your package.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Our goal is to make every customer a customer for life; we will do what it takes to achieve that goal. Since we understand that some pets may have unique circumstances, we offer the ability to customize orders (i.e. specialty treatos, smaller treatos, etc.) to help ensure that our treatos are suitable for your pet!

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Given the nature of the product(s), all products are FINAL SALE (non-exchangeable and non-returnable).

That being said, we guarantee the quality and freshness of all our treatos. If you have any concerns, please contact info@cravetreatos.com within 5 business days of date of delivery.

Crave Treatos will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
